Placing an Order

How do I place an order?

Simply add as many items as you wish to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods - we will ship your package within 7 business days.

  • Cash payment during pick- up is available in Houston, Texas.

When will I receive my order?

Shipping times:

  • Orders take 5 to 7 business days to be processed and shipped.
  • Shipping courier time might vary depending on location, shipment method and other factors.

 

Do I qualify for free shipping?

Shipping cost:

  • Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders under $500 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and state. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

How can I get a refund?

 

  • Your 100% satisfaction is important for us, although we don't offer refunds if a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 30 day return & exchange.

Timing: we have a 30-day Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.

To be eligible for an exchange, goods must be unopened, unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

For returns, please email support@esthetiqueco.shop with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.

Seller will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid "lost packages" situations.

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.

When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the exchange.

If the exchange is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.

Hair Maintenance

How often should I wash my extensions?

We recommend washing your hair extensions every 2- 3 wears using appropriate products for premium human hair. Extensions don’t accumulate oils the way our natural hair does so washing it more often than this can weather the fibers and damage your extensions.

How do I wash my extensions?

The best way to wash your extensions is by gathering all the hair strands together into a medium sized bowl that is filled with luke warm water. Squirt a nickel size worth of shampoo into your palm and lather into hair. If needed, rinse and repeat until the shampoo begins to lather. Next, apply conditioner combing it through the hair using a Denman brush to distribute the product evenly and rinse again. Finally, we recommend letting your extensions air dry by using a hanger. The picture below will show you what your hair extensions should look like after they dry. We recommend using a moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. 

 

What should I use to detangle my extensions?

Please avoid using a fine tooth comb to detangle your extensions. A Denman Brush or wife tooth comb are acceptable.
